Otto is one of the most genuine men you will ever meet. He listens before he speaks and is always willing to lend a helping hand. Everyone that has worked with Otto sings his praises and it shows in his customer's satisfaction. When Otto is not working he loves to spend time with his family and is furthering his education with night classes. All around Otto is a great human being and Garage Door Enterprises is very lucky to have him.

"Originally went in for a replacement spring, but ended up getting a new conversion kit. It was a little more than I planned on spending, but well worth the expense. The staff was very courteous and professional. Jeff did an outstanding job installing the new system. He completed the job quickly (less than 45 minutes), answered all my questions, and even aligned and adjusted the new system. He was very knowledgable, professional, and couteous.
