It's been a year - exactly, since I have had Garage Door Medics (Garage Door Enterprises) come for a review and repair. The last technician, Cosmo, was great - the current technician, Shaun Loehr, came at the time prescribed (Job #1015). did a "housecleaning" of the Martin door, readjusted belts, etc., and did a fine tuneup.
